Shipping policy

Every order ships within 24 hours of being placed (orders placed on weekends and holidays ship the next business day). A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more; orders under $50 pay a flat $4.99. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location, and we cannot guarantee a delivery date. If your tracking has not updated in 2 business days, email support@kolvik.shop and we will look into it.
