Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your Kolvik order, email support@kolvik.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will arrange a return. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Items must be returned in the condition you received them. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
